Introducing Lower Back mobility exercises

For those of you that we have spoken to about improving the flexibility of your lower back, check out this reference guide.

Exercise 1: Gently pull your knees towards your chest 10 times, rest a moment and follow with another 10.

Exercise 2: Grasp your knee and pull progressively in the direction of your opposite shoulder until you feel a stretch on the muscles behind your hip. Alternate the stretch 5 times on either side.

Initially we suggest these exercises twice to three times per day.
